| 520 | |a في الواقع توجد عدة عوامل تسهم في الضعف الذي تعاني منه اللغة العربية (العربية الفصحى)، نذكر على سبيل المثال: اللجوء إلى العامية (استخدامها في التعليم)، فشل سياسة التعريب، تجميد قانون تعميم استعمال اللغة العربية... إلخ.\nإن حالة التدهور الذي تعيشها اللغة العربية، ليست نتيجة البرامج المدرسية وطرائق التعليم فحسب، بل تعد إلى حد كبير مشكلة سياسية وتصور أو نظرة اجتماعية للغة.\nنحاول في هذا المقال، تناول العوامل الرئيسية التي وراء ضعف اللغة العربية، باعتبارها إحدى المكونات الأساسية للهوية الثقافية الجزائرية. | ||
| 520 | |d En effet,il existe tant de facteurs qui contribuent à cet état de faiblesse dont souffre la langue arab (arabe littéral), citons par exemple :le recours au dialecte (enseigner en dialecte), la faillite de la politique de l’arabisation, le gel de la loi portant sur la généralisation d’utilisation de la langue arabe…etc.\nL’état de détérioration qui vit la langue arabe n’est pas la résultantedesseuls programmes scolaires et méthodes d’enseignement, mais beaucoup plus un problème politique et une question de conception sociale de la langue.\nNous essayons dans cet article de traiter les facteurs principaux qui sont derrière la faiblesse de la langue arabe, en tant qu’est une des composantes fondamentales del’identité culturellealgérienne. | ||

For example, the use of colloquial (its use in teaching), is the failure of the Arabization policy and the freezing of the rule of the universalization of use of the Arabic language.
