| 520 | |b Today, the field of organ transplant is among the current health concerns. Our research reports a psychosomatic investigation using a clinical interview and personality tests of patients with chronicle kidney insufficiency (CKI) through two phases. The first deals with the investigation of haemodialysed subjects for kidney transplantation and the second step is to study the same cases after one year of kidney transplantation. This study is carried out for prognostic purposes to detect the factors involved in the success or failure of the kidney transplant. Based on psychosomatic theory as a theoretical background, it has been pointed out that in kidney transplant several factors interact such as the quality of the mentalization of the recipient (the personality), the nature of the contribution of favorable or unfavorable environment which will influence the quality of medication compliance. To give more insights to this study, we will present a clinic label in pre kidney transplant then a post kidney transplant. | ||
| 520 | |d Aujourd’hui le domaine de greffe d’organe est parmi les préoccupations actuelles de la santé.Notre recherche concerne une investigation psychosomatique à l’aide de l’entretien clinique et des tests de personnalité appliqués aux malades insuffisants rénaux chroniques (IRC),en deux étapes. La première concerne l’investigation des hémodialysés candidats à la greffe rénale, puis la deuxième étape consiste à étudier les mêmes cas après une année de la greffe rénale. Cette étude est réalisée dans un but pronostic, pour détecter les facteurs intervenants dans la réussite ou l’échec de la greffe rénale.En se basant sur la théorie psychosomatique comme arrière plan théorique, on a souligné que dans la greffe rénale plusieurs facteurs interagissent tels que la qualité de la mentalisation du receveur (la personnalité), la nature de l’apport de l’environnement favorable ou défavorable, qui vont influencer sur la qualité d’observance médicamenteuse.
