| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديري المدارس المهنية بإقليم الشمال في الأردن، وعلاقتها بدافعية الإنجاز لمعلمي تلك المدارس، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (271) معلماً ومعلمة، وقد تم تطوير أداة لقياس درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، كما تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، والرتب، واختبار(ت)، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، واختبار شيفية. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: - أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديري المدارس المهنية كان بدرجة متوسطة، ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز للمعلمين بدرجة متوسطة. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ α) لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس المهنية للإدارة بالتجوال تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ α) لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس المهنية للإدارة بالتجوال تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح فئة دراسات عليا، ومتغير الخبرة ولصالح فئة ) اقل من 5 سنوات (. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 ≥ α) لمستوى دافعية الانجاز تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، الخبرة. - وجود علاقة ارتباطيه إيجابية بين درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال ومستوى دافعية الإنجاز على جميع المجالات. وأوصت الدراسة: ضرورة أن تعمل وزارة التربية والتعليم على عقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس لتعزيز ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال، وزيادة الوعي عندهم. | ||
| 520 | |b This study aims at identifying the degree of management by walking around practices among vocational schools' principals in the Northern Province (Jordan) and its relation with level of achievement motivation of teachers. The sample consisted of (271) male and female teachers. An instrument was developed to measure the degree of management by walking around practice and the level of achievement motivation. The researchers verified its validity and reliability. Data were processed statistically using the means, standard deviations, ranks, Pearson correlation coefficient, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe test. The results of the study were as follows: The management by walking around practices degree among vocational schools principals' level was moderate, and the level of achievement motivation of the teachers was moderate as well. There were no statistically significant differences at (α ≥ 0.05) level in the degree of management by walking around practices among vocational schools' principals attributed to the gender variable. There were statistically significant differences at (α ≥ 0.05)level in the degree of management by walking around practices among vocational schools' principals that could be ascribed to the academic qualification, in favor of graduate studies category; and in experience variable, in favor of (5 years and less). There were no statistically significant differences at (α ≥ 0.05) level in the level of achievement motivation ascribed to gender and experience variables. There was a correlational relationship between the degree of management by walking around practices and the achievement motivation level in all the areas The researchers recommended that the Ministry of Education should hold training courses for the schools' principals to enhance the walking around practices and increase their awareness. | ||
