| 520 | |a استهدفت الدراسة توصيف أساليب تنظيم وإدارة الجهاز التحريري بالصحف الكويتية من وجهة نظر الصحفيين العاملين فيها، وتعرف خصائص وسمات الجهاز التحريري بالصحف الكويتية بشكل يمكّن من الخروج بمؤشرات تعين في الحكم على كفاءة العمل وتدفقه داخل هذه الصحف. اعتمدت الدراسة منهج المسح الإعلامي، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات بالتطبيق على عينة قوامها (209) مفردات من الصحفيين، يمثلون مختلف الصحف الكويتية، وكشفت النتائج أن أكثر من نصف العينة يرون أن أسلوب الإدارة المتبع في الجهاز التحريري بالصحف التي يعملون بها هو أسلوب الإدارة الديمقراطية "القيادة بالمشاركة"، تلاه أسلوب الإدارة التسلطية "القيادة الفردية"، وأخيراً أسلوب الإدارة غير الموجهة؛ أي تخلي الإدارة عن مسؤوليتها وتركها للأفراد. كما أظهرت النتائج فيما يتعلق بتصورات الصحفيين العاملين بالصحف الكويتية لمنظومة القيم التي تحكم توجهات الجهاز التحريري فيها -وجود مجموعة من القيم، جاءت بالترتيب على النحو الآتي: تحقيق الربح وزيادة إيرادات الصحيفة من المصادر المختلفة، الالتزام بقانون المطبوعات الكويتي، تحقيق السبق والتميز عن الصحف الأخرى، الالتزام بالقيم والأعراف والتقاليد المجتمعية، الالتزام بقيم العمل الصحفي وأخلاقياته، خدمة القراء والتركيز على تلبية احتياجاتهم واهتماماتهم. وكشفت النتائج الميدانية أيضاً أن الإدارات العليا بالصحف الكويتية تمارس أشكالاً من التدخل في شؤون الجهاز التحريري بالصحف التابعة لهم، ومن ثم ينعكس هذا على طبيعة الأداء المهني للصحفيين وتراجع استقلالية القرار التحريري الذي سوف يتأثر بتوجهات الإدارة العليا لهذه الصحف، ومن ثم كانت هناك رغبة لدى الصحفيين العاملين بالصحف الكويتية في تطوير الجهاز الإداري فيها. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aimed to characterize the methods of organizing and managing the editorial structure in the Kuwaiti newspapers from the point of view of the journalists working in these newspapers and to identify the features and specifications of the editorial staff in the Kuwaiti newspapers in order to produce indicators that determine the efficiency of the work and its flow in Kuwaiti newspapers. The study was based on the methodology of the media survey. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection using a sample of (209) journalists representing various Kuwaiti newspapers. The results revealed that more than half of the sample believes that the management style used in the editorial staff of the newspapers in which they work is the democratic management method of “participatory leadership” followed by the authoritarian management style of “individual leadership” and finally the nondirected management style. The results also showed the perceptions of journalists working in the Kuwaiti newspapers for the value system that governs the editorial direction of the newspapers in which they work. The existence of a set of values came in the following order: profit making and increasing the newspaper’s revenues from various sources, commitment to values, customs and community traditions, commitment to the values and ethics of journalism, to serve readers and focus on meeting their needs and interests. The results of the field also revealed that the top departments of the Kuwaiti newspapers practice forms of interference in the affairs of the editorial body in their respective newspapers, and thus reflected on the nature of the professional performance of the journalists and the retraction of the independence of the editorial decision which will be influenced by the direction of the top management of these newspapers. Thus, there was a desire among the journalists working in the Kuwaiti newspapers to develop the administrative apparatus in the newspapers in which they work. | ||
