| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مدى تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في تحقيق عناصر التنمية المستدامة في المدارس الثانوية والإعدادية من خلال تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة (التحسين المستمر والتركيز على العمليات ومشاركة العاملين والتركيز على الزبون (الطالب) ودعم الإدارة العليا) في تحقيق عناصر التنمية المستدامة (الإنصاف والتمكين وحسن الإدارة والمساءلة والتضامن). استخدم في البحث نوعين من استمارات الاستبانة الأولى معايير الجودة الشاملة والثانية عناصر التنمية المستدامة، حيث تم توزيع (50) استمارة استبانة على (50) مدرس ومدرسة في المدارس الثانوية والإعدادية التابعة إلى قسم تربية الدور. أظهرت النتائج إلى أن هناك تأثير معنوي لمجمل معايير الجودة الشاملة على مجمل عناصر التنمية المستدامة، كما يوجد تأثير معنوي لمعايير الجودة الشاملة كل على انفراد في عناصر التنمية المستدامة بحسب ما أظهرته نتائج هذا البحث. يوصي البحث على ضرورة تبني الإدارة العليا في وزارة التربية فلسفة معايير الجودة الشاملة وتطبيقها لمواجهة التحديات الكبيرة في العملية التعليمية التي تتسم بالتطور العلمي السريع وتعزيز دور التحسين المستمر في الخدمة التعليمية من حيث الالتزام بتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة وتشجيعها للإبداع والابتكار باستخدام التقنيات التعليمية الحديثة وحرصها على التدريب والتعليم المستمر وتطوير خطط واستراتيجيات طويلة الأجل للتعرف على احتياجات المجتمع ورغبات الطلبة واستخدام المكافئات والحوافز للعاملين لتشجيعهم علي تقديم جودة أفضل وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في المحافظة على كافة الموارد المتاحة لديها واستخدامها بشكل أمثل. The current research aims to identify the extent to which the comprehensive quality standards are applied in achieving the elements of sustainable development in secondary and middle schools through the application of the comprehensive quality standards (continuous improvement, focus on processes, employee participation, customer focus) and senior management support (in achieving the elements of sustainable development) Equity, empowerment, good management, accountability and solidarity). The study used two types of questionnaire forms; the first related to the dimensions of Total Quality Management, the second is dedicated elements of sustainable development Where 50 questionnaires were distributed to (50) teachers and schools in the secondary and preparatory schools affiliated with the Department of Education of the Dour. The results showed that there is a significant effect of the overall dimensions of total quality management on the overall elements of sustainable development, there is a significant effect of the dimensions of TQM each individually in the elements sustainable development, According to the results of this research. The study recommends the need for the adoption of administration in the Ministry of Educationphilosophy of total quality management and applied to meet the challenges of severe business environment, characterized by development of scientific express way, and strengthening the role of continuous improvement in educational services, in terms of commitment to providing high-quality services, and encourage creativity and innovation, and its commitment to training and education continuous, also development plans and long-term strategies to identify market needs and desires of the students, and the use of rewards and incentives for employees to encourage them to provide better quality, and sustainable development in maintaining on all the resources available to them and use it optimally. |
