| 520 | |a يعالج البحث جريمة من الجرائم الخطيرة في المجتمع، ألا وهي جريمة تفجير دور العبادة وآثارها على أمن واستقرار البلاد، وذلك من خلال التعريف بتلك الجريمة، وبيان العلاقة بينها وبين الألفاظ ذات الصلة، وذكر التأصيل الشرعي لها، ومعرفة التكييف الفقهي لهذه الجريمة؛ ليسهل على ولي الأمر تحديد نوع العقوبة التي تطبق على مرتكبي هذه الجريمة؛ لتكون لهم رادعة وزاجرة، وقد خلص البحث إلى أن جريمة تفجير دور العبادة تعد من جرائم الحرابة والتي تهدد بقاء الأمة واستقرارها، وهي تمثل اعتداء على أعظم الأماكن حرمة وأشرفها مكانة، وذلك بتدميرها وتعطيلها عن مهمتها التي جعلت لها، وقتل الآمنين فيها، وبث الرعب في قلوبهم، وكل هذه الأفعال المشينة تستوجب توقيع أشد العقوبات على مرتكبيها، حتى لا يعيث أولئك المجرمون في الأرض فساداً، ويقتلع الشر من جذوره، ويعيش الناس في أمن واستقرار. | ||
