| المستخلص: | هدفت البحث إلى التعرف على رضا طلاب كلية التربية جامعة المنوفية عن جودة الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لهم، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي ومكونات رضا الطلاب عن جودة الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لهم متمثلة في جودة الخدمات الأكاديمية، جودة الخدمات غير الأكاديمية، جودة المباني والتجهيزات، جودة الصيت والسمعة للكلية، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لموضوع البحث وطبيعته. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (337) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثانية والرابعة بالكلية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبانة كأداة للتعرف على درجة رضا الطلاب عن توافر الخدمات التعليمية بالكلية في الجوانب الأكاديمية، وغير الأكاديمية، (إدارية) والمرافق والتجهيزات، والصيت والسمعة، وقد تم استخدام التكرارات والنسب المئوية، والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار "ت" T-test. وقد أسفر البحث عن مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: أن رضا طلاب كلية التربية جامعة المنوفية عن جودة الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة لهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، من حيث الخدمات الأكاديمية، الخدمات غير الأكاديمية، الموافق والتجهيزات، الصيت والسمعة، مما يتطلب إعادة النظر في جودة هذه الخدمات التعليمية السابقة الذكر، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير دال إحصائياً يعزى لمتغيرات: (ذكور/ إناث) لصالح الإناث، والفرقة الدراسية (الثانية/ الرابعة) لصالح الفرقة الرابعة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات، منها عقد البرنامج والدورات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والإداريين بالكلية لحثهم على التطور والتحديث المستمر للخدمات التي يقدموها للطلاب، ضرورة العمل على توفير أماكن لممارسة الأنشطة الطلابية الترويجية المختلفة بالكلية، ضرورة التوسع في إقامة المؤتمرات والندوات ذات الفائدة العلمية وذلك لضمان حسن صيت وسمعة كلية التربية جامعة المنوفية. The current research aims at examining faculty of Education Menofia University students' satisfaction with the quality of the educational services offered to them, through identifying the conceptual framework and the components of students' satisfaction with the quality of the educational services offered to them, represented by: quality of academic services, quality of non-academic services, quality of buildings and equipment, quality of reputation and celebrity of the faculty. The researcher used the descriptive approach as it is suitable to the topic and nature of the research. The study sample consisted of (337) students from the 2nd and 4th grade at the faculty. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher designed a questionnaire as a tool to identify the degree of student satisfaction with the availability of educational services at the faculty quality of academic services, quality of non-academic services, quality of buildings and equipment, quality of reputation and celebrity of the faculty. The frequencies, percentages, mean scores averages, standard deviations, and t- test were applied. The research results revealed that: The degree of the Faculty of Education at Menofia University students' satisfaction with quality of academic services, quality of non-academic services, quality of buildings and equipment, quality of reputation and celebrity of the faculty was intermediate, which requires reconsidering the quality of these services. The results -also- revealed that there is a statistically significant effect due to the variables (male/ female) in favor of females and the 2nd / 4th grade, in favor of the 4th grade. The researcher presented some recommendations and suggestions in the light, of these results; including: Holding program and training courses for faculty members and administrators in order to encourage them to develop and constantly update the services they provide to students, building the necessary equipment's to practice students' activities at the faculty, the importance of holding scientific research seminars and conferences to ensure the good quality of reputation and celebrity of the Faculty of Education at Menofia University. |
