| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء بني كنانة لمعايير إدارة التميز وفق أنموذج (EFQM) للتميز الإداري، وتعرف ما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي القائم على جمع المعلومات من أفراد عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من جميع أفراد المجتمع الكلي والبالغ (45) مديراً ومديرة، بواقع (21) مديراً، و(24) مديرة، وأعدت استبانة تكونت من (20) فقرة توزعت على مجالات إدارة التميز وفق معايير أنموذج (EFQM)، وهي: (القيادة، السياسات والاستراتيجيات، والممارسات الإدارية، والخدمات المقدمة المجتمع). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي الكلي لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في لواء بني كنانة لمعايير إدارة التميز وفق أنموذج (EFQM) بلغ (3.88) وبدرجة مرتفعة من التقدير، وتراوحت الأوساط الحسابية لمجالات الدراسة بين (3.79- 3.97)، وكان ترتيب المجالات تبعاً لقيم أوساطها الحسابية على التوالي كما يلي: (الممارسات الإدارية، القيادة المتميزة، الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع، والاستراتيجيات والسياسات)، حيث احتل مجال الممارسات الإدارية المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (3.97) وبدرجة مرتفعة من التقدير، وفي المرتبة الثانية القيادة المتميزة بمتوسط حسابي (3.92) وبدرجة مرتفعة من التقدير، وفي المرتبة الثالثة الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع بمتوسط حسابي (3.84) وبدرجة مرتفعة من التقدير، وفي المرتبة الرابعة السياسات والاستراتيجيات بمتوسط حسابي (3.79) وبدرجة مرتفعة من التقدير. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥ ) في درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في لواء بني كنانة لمعايير إدارة التميز تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة الإدارية، والمؤهل العلمي). The study aimed to identify the degree of the excellence management practices in light of the ( EFQM) model among the principals of secondary schools in Bani Kanana education directorate, and to know whether there are statistically significant differences due to variables such as (gender, qualification and years of experience). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive method based on collecting information from the sample of the study sample which consisted of all the members of the total community of (45) School Secondary Principle, (21) male, (24) female, a questionnaire Was prepared consisting of (20) items spread on the dimensions of excellence management according to the EFQM for management excellence: leadership, policies and strategies, management practices, and community services. The results of the study showed that the total arithmetic mean of the degree of the principals practices Excellence management according to the EFQM model was (3.88) and in a high level of estimation, the arithmetic averages for the management of excellence ranged between (3.79 - 3.97), the highest level of management was the average (3.97), and in a high Level of estimation the second rank was the leadership in average (3.92) and in a high level of estimation, in the third rank was the services provided to the community at average (3.84) and in a high level of estimation, In the fourth rank was policies and strategies with an average of (3.79) and in a high level of estimation. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of ( 0.05) in the level of secondary school principals in Bani Kenana for the criteria of excellence management according to the study variables (gender, years of management experience, and scientific qualification. |
