| المستخلص: | Dans cet article nous allons éclairer la problématique de l’introduction de la concurrence dans le secteur postal, dans le but de renforcer son efficacité sociale et son efficience économique, ce secteur était et reste d’ailleurs l’un des secteurs publics le plus concerné par les réformes économiques entretenues par les politiciens et les économistes, mais sans avoir le cadre et les concepts théoriques appropriés ces derniers ont échoué dans leurs tentatives de réforme. Nous démontrons alors que ce secteur peut être ouvert à la concurrence, tout en satisfaisant la demande du service public postal dans le cadre d’une structure organisationnelle appropriée à celle-ci. In this article we will try to highlighting the problematic of introducing concurrence in the postal sector in order to increase both of his economic efficiency and his social efficacy; this filed was and still one of the most public sector which politicians and economists tried to reform it; but without the appropriate theoretical concepts there tries were unsuccessfully. We will do demonstrate that this sector can be open to the concurrence and there is no problem to procure the postal public service under the appropriate organizational structure after the liberalization of this one. |
