| المستخلص: | In a difficult economic context caused by Low oil prices. The Algerian government has adopted a new economic approach centered on local development. Thus, by putting forward a new mode of participative management allowing triggering an entrepreneurial dynamic through the creation of economic poles. The results we have achieved show that economic intelligence represents a promising alternative for the Algerian government, to instil the momentum of productive investment, by stimulating entrepreneurial actions, through an interconnection between all actors economies in the domain of enterprises creation and support. Dans un contexte économique difficile causé par la chute des prix des hydrocarbures. Le gouvernement algérien a adopté une nouvelle approche économique centrée sur le développement local. Ainsi en mettant en avant un nouveau mode de management participative permettant d’enclencher une dynamique entrepreneuriale à travers la création des pôles économiques. Les résultats obtenus à l’issu de cette recherche démontrent que l’intelligence économique représente une alternative prometteuse pour le gouvernement algérien, pour insuffler l’élan de l’investissement productif, en stimulant les actions entrepreneuriales par une interconnexion entre l’ensemble des intervenants dans le domaine de création et d’accompagnement des entreprises. |
