| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية بالوقوف على ما تقوم به مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بدور مهم في تنمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وذلك من خلال قيام المجموعات الشبابية بإنشاء صفحات على هذه المواقع يتبنون فيها قضية اجتماعية ما تقع في صلب اهتماماتهم، فيعملون على نشرها، والدفاع عنها، باستخدام مهارات التواصل. واعتمدت الباحثة في الدراسة على المنهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة الذي ينتمي إلى البحوث الوصفية الشباب من المرحلة العمرية 18-35 سنة بجامعة الكويت، واستخدمت أداة واحدة أداة الاستبيان، وعينة الدراسة تمثلت في طلاب كليتي الآداب، والعلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة الكويت، وكانت الاستمارات الصالحة للتحليل عدد (500) استمارة، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة فيما يتعلق المسئولية الاجتماعية نحو الجماعة ارتفع نسبة المشاركة في الأعمال الجماعية التطوعية التي تقد من خلال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتحقيق بعض الأهداف من خلال جماعات الأصدقاء عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، والاهتمام بالمواقف الأخلاقية التي تقدمها شبكات التواصل الاهتمام بمساعدة الآخرين عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعية، وعلى نسبة المشاركة الاجتماعية لهؤلاء الأفراد مع باقي أفراد المجتمع وعلى مدى ولاء وانتماء أفراد المجتمع إلى أسرهم ومجتمعهم ووطنهم، وزيادة التفاعل بين مستخدمي هذه المواقع مما له تأثير كبير على زيادة المشاركة السياسية للشباب، ووجود علاقة وثيقة بين استخدام الشبكات الاجتماعية كمصدر للمعلومات السياسية وزيادة نسبة الأصوات الناخبين، والاعتماد بشكل كبير على هذه المواقع للحصول على المعلومات الخاصة بالمرشحين وبرامجهم الانتخابية.
