| المستخلص: | Iraq witnessed economic and social changes after the revolution of 14 July 1958 and the declaration of the republican system. These changes were introduced by the Ministry of Municipalities in order to cope with the state of advancement in municipal services provided to citizens after the expansion of cities، especially the capital Baghdad and all Iraqi brigades centers.
