| 520 | |b The purpose of the research is to identify the attitudes of kindergarten teachers in Homs towards voluntary work. A questionnaire was designed for this purpose in order to measure the attitudes of kindergarten teachers toward the concept of volunteering and its benefits and fields. After verifying its reliability and persistence, it was applied to a sample of (134) teachers randomly retrieved. To answer the research questions, we extracted the arithmetical averages and the standard deviations as well as the use of the T test and the analysis of the mono-variance analysis. The results of the study indicated that kindergarten teachers have positive attitudes towards volunteering. The results also showed statistically significant differences in their attitudes toward volunteering as a whole and its concept is due to the variable age and the benefit of the younger. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in their attitudes toward volunteering as a whole due to the economic situation. | ||
| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى تعرف اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال في مدينة حمص نحو العمل التطوعي، وصمم من أجل ذلك مقياس مؤلف من (25) فقرة، لقياس اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو مفهوم العمل التطوعي، وفوائده، ومجالاته، وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقه وثباته، طبق المقياس على عينة مكونة من (134) معلمة سحبت عشوائيًا، وللإجابة عن أسئلة البحث استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية بالإضافة إلى استخدام اختبار (ت) واختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي. حيث أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن معلمات رياض الأطفال لديهن اتجاهات إيجابية نحو العمل التطوعي. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في اتجاهاتهن نحو العمل التطوعي ككل ومفهومه تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخدمة لصالح المعلمات ذوات السنوات الخدمة الأقل. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في اتجاهاتهن نحو العمل التطوعي ككل تعزى للمؤهل العلمي. | ||
