| المستخلص: | The research aims to identify the most important requirements for the development of creative thinking skills among the students of the first cycle of basic education in science from the point of view of the teachers of this seminar in the schools of Homs city and related to the teacher and the curriculum and the educational environment. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, using the questionnaire as a research tool. The research tool was applied to a sample of 320 teachers and 10% of the original community. The main results of the research were as follows: 1- Most teachers find in the requirements of the development of creative thinking of students in science-related teacher is required to a strong degree, and the curriculum on a medium level, and the educational environment to a medium degree. 2- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers' answers on the requirements of the development of creative thinking among students in science according to the variable of scientific qualification and in favor of higher qualification (postgraduate), while there were no significant differences depending on gender and experience. هدف البحث إلى تحديد أبرز متطلبات تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مادة العلوم من وجهة نظر معلمي هذه الحلقة في مدارس مدينة حمص والمتعلقة بالمعلم والمنهاج والبيئة التعليمية. واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مستخدمة الاستبانة كأداة للبحث. وتم تطبيق أداة البحث على عينة مكونة من (320) معلما ومعلمة وبنسبة (10%) من المجتمع الأصلي. وكان من أبرز نتائج البحث الآتي: 1- إن معظم المعلمين يجدون في متطلبات تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى التلاميذ في مادة العلوم المتعلقة بالمعلم مطلوبة بدرجة قوية، والمتعلقة بالمنهاج بدرجة متوسطة، وبالبيئة التعليمية بدرجة متوسطة. 2- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات إجابات المعلمين حول متطلبات تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى التلاميذ في مادة العلوم تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح المؤهل الأعلى (دراسات عليا)، في حين لم تكن هناك فروق دالة تبعا لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة. |
