| المستخلص: | لقد أصبحت المسؤولية الاجتماعية شعارا ترفعه منظمات الأعمال الناجحة والرائدة، من خلال بذل الكثير من الجهود للاهتمام بهذا المفهوم، وإدماجه ضمن متطلبات أدائها، مما يستوجب إدراجه ضمن أولوياتها القصوى، وعلى كافة مستوياتها الإدارية. إذ أن المنظمة التي لا تقوم بتبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في أعمالها، في العصر الحالي، تجد نفسها غارقة تدريجيا في دوامة من المشاكل، بل والمتناقضات التي لا حصر لها، وقد تواجه بالتأكيد عدم رضا أفراد المجتمع عن أنشطتها ككل، لا سيما المحافظين على البيئة منهم. وعليه، فتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيان الفوائد التي تجنيها المنظمات جراء تبنيها لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، والتي من شأنها أن تساعد على دعم ريادتها بشكل جيد وفعال. Thus, social responsibility has become a slogan that is lifted by successful and leading business organizations through a lot of effort for interest in this concept, and its integration within the requirements of its performance, which requires the inclusion among its top priorities, and at all administrative levels. As the organization that do not adopt social responsibility in their work, in the current era, find themselves mired gradually in a spiral of problems, and even contradictions are endless, and could face - certainly - dissatisfaction of the community’s members on its activity as whole, especially the conservatives about the Environment. Therefore, this paper aims to demonstrate the benefits that organization has by adopting the concept of social responsibility, and that would help to support its entrepreneurship well and effectively |
