| 520 | |a لقد اتفقت معظم الآراء على أن الادارة المدرسية ليست غاية في ذاتها ولكنها وسيلة إلى غاية أسمى، وهي تحقيق أهداف عملية التعليم بالمدرسة، ويشترك في هذه العملية جميع العاملين في المدرسة من طلاب ومعلمين وإداريين وموظفين. حيث التعاون فيما بينهم داخل المدرسة أساس نجاح الادارة المدرسية، وأن الادارة داخل المدرسة ما هي إلا عمليات مترابطة من تخطيط وتنظيم ورقابة داخل المدرسة، للعمل على تحقيق أهدافها، بأقل التكلفة وأقل جهد علما بأن الادارة المدرسية ذات وجهين أحدهما التعليم والآخر التربية. إن نجاح الادارة المدرسية بوجه عام يستند إلى العاملين فيها، ولاسيما المديرين، لكونهم يشكلون العنصر القيادي في العملية الادارية، فمسئولياتهم لم تعد مقتصرة على تسيير شئون المدرسة تسييرا روتينيا مجرد المحافظة على النظام فيها، أو حصر حضور الطلاب وغيابهم، بل أصبح دورهم يتعدى ذلك إلى الاسهام في قيادة مكونات العملية التربوية في مدارسهم تخطيطا وتوجيها وتنسيقا ومراقبة، فضلا عن إحكام العلاقات المنظمة لهذه المكونات إذ يعمل الجميع من خلال ذلك بتعاون وانسجام وتكامل. وتعمل الإدارة المدرسية الناجحة على الاستفادة الكاملة من طاقات وقدرات كل العاملين معها بالمدرسة وتوجهها بشكل إيجابي منتج، كما تعمل أيضا على أن يكون العمل داخل المدرسة متناسبا متكاملا، وأن يكون كل عضو من أعضاء المدرسة يقظا لإيجاد الطرق الفعالة للتعاون مع زملائهم وتنسيق عملهم مع البرنامج العام للمدرسة. أصبحت الإدارة المدرسية من الأولويات التي تتركز عليها الدراسات والأبحاث وذلك لما لها من دور في تربية وتعليم النشء، وأضحت من أولويات الدول العمل الجاد لتحسين نوعية التعليم، وهو شعار لا يمكن تحقيقه إلا من خلال المدرسة والطريقة الناجحة التي تدار بها. | ||
| 520 | |b Most of the views have agreed that school management is not an end in itself but a means to a higher ideal, which is to achieve practical goals school education, all school staff, teachers, administrators and employees participate in the process. Cooperation within school is the basis for the success of school management, and in-school management is only linked to the planning, organization and oversight of the school to work towards its goals, at the lowest cost and less effort, the school administration has two faces, one being education and the other education. The overall success of school management is based on its staff, especially managers, as they constitute the leading component of the process, their responsibilities are no longer limited to the routine conduct of the school, just to maintain order, or to restrict the presence and absence of students, but their role is also to contribute to the planning, mentoring and coordination of the components of the educational process in their schools and control, as well as the provisions governing the relations of these components, through which all work in cooperation, harmony and integration. The successful school administration is working to make full use of the energies and abilities of all its staff in the school and to channel it in a productive and positive manner, and also to ensure that work in the school is fully proportional, and every member of the school must be vigilant to find effective ways to collaborate with colleagues and coordinate their work with the general programme of the school. School administration has become a priority focus of studies and research because of its role in educating and educating young people and becoming one of the priorities of States is to work hard to improve the quality of education, a slogan that can only be achieved through school and the successful way in which it is managed. | ||
