| المستخلص: | The results of the investigations and studies on the labor market and the presence of the Algerian has shown a great imbalance between supply and demand, which led to supporting youth employment and support investment in small and medium-sized enterprises and support the occupational integration of all groups in society that are able to work to ease the pressure on the labor market, and in order to achieve this, Algeria has adopted a series of effective measures and mechanisms established for the job, and we will try through our studies to Build a prototype to explain how sensitive jobs for the investments of the support programs and the promotion of youth employment. أظهرت نتائج التحقيقات والدراسات حول سوق العمل الجزائري عن وجود خلل كبير بين العرض والطلب، الأمر الذي أدى إلى الاهتمام بعملية دعم تشغيل الشباب ودعم الاستثمار في المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودعم الإدماج المهني لكافة فئات المجتمع القادرة على العمل من أجل تخفيف الضغط على سوق العمل، وهي من أجل تحقيق هذا تبنت مجموعة من الأليات والتدابير الفعالة المنشأة لمناصب الشغل، وسنحاول من خلال دراستنا بناء نموذج قياسي يفسر لنا مدى حساسية مناصب الشغل لاستثمارات برامج دعم وترقية تشغيل الشباب. |
