| المستخلص: | لم يتوقف تشريع النبي- صلى الله عليه وسلم- للناس عند ماضيهم، أو حاضرهم الذي عاشه معهم فحسب، وإنما امتد ذلك إلى مستقبل البشرية جمعاء، واستشراف ذلك المستقبل استشرافا يسبر غور النفس البشرية، ويعمل على تربيتها، لا سيما في الجانب الاجتماعي، بل في خصيصة فطرية لدى البشر، ألا وهي الميل الجنسي. وهذا البحث يدرس استشراف السنة لهذا الميل الفطري ومعالجته من خلال حديث واحد يشير إلى غيره؛ وهو قوله- عليه الصلاة والسلام- لمن سأل عن الاستئذان على أمه: "...أتحب أن تراها عريانة؟!..."، وتأتي دراسة هذا الاستشراف في ضوء نظرية نحوية حديثة؛ ألا وهي نظرية (نحو النص) التي تقوم على سبعة معايير؛ هي (السبك- الحبك- القصدية- المقبولية- التناصية- المقامية- الإعلامية). وينتظم البحث في خطة منشأة على المنهج الوصفي القائم على التحليل والاستنباط؛ مما يربط بين المعايير النصية وأدواتها وفقه النص، في إطار خطة عمادها: مقدمة، ومبحثان، وخاتمة بها النتائج والتوصيات يتلوها مصادر البحث وفهرسه. The legislation of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not stop the people in their past, or their present with which they lived, but extended it to the future of all humanity, and looking forward to that future, exploring the human psyche and cultivating it, especially on the social side. In the light of modern grammatical theory; a theory (about text) based on seven criteria; (The casting of the intentional obedience of the intercessional media conglomerate). The research is based on a descriptive approach based on analysis and synthesis, which combines textual standards, tools and jurisprudence, within the framework of a plan based on an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion with the results and recommendations followed by the research sources and index. |
