| المستخلص: | This study aims at identifying the reality of sustainable development in Algeria by presenting the most important strategies and efforts exerted by the Algerian government to achieve the integration of economic, social and environmental development at equal level, which has become an inevitable necessity for all States and societies. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and the study concludes with a set of results: the most important of which is the adoption of a number of plans and programs by the Algerian government aimed at achieving sustainable development indicators such as structural adjustment program, establishment of the Supreme Council for environment and sustainable development, as well as investment in renewable energies in addition to the approval of environmental fees. A number of recommendations would emerge from the above, the most important of which is the introduction of the environmental dimension into all development plans and programs, and the reduction of patterns of excessive consumption and irrational exploitation of natural resources, in addition to the development of all sectors outside the fuel sector.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 Cette étude vise à identifier la réalité du développement durable en Algérie, en présentant les stratégies et les efforts les plus importants du gouvernement algérien pour réaliser l'intégration entre le développement économique, social et environnemental, qui est devenu une nécessité incontournable pour tous les pays et toutes les sociétés. Pour atteindre les objectifs de l'étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche analytique descriptive. L'étude a pu ressortir un certain nombre de résultats, notamment : l'adoption du gouvernement algérien dans le cadre de l'ouverture au monde, un ensemble de plans et des programmes visant à atteindre les indicateurs de développement durable comme celui d'ajustement structurel et la mise en place du conseil suprême pour l'environnement et le développement durable, ainsi que les investissements dans les énergies renouvelables, en plus de l'adoption des droits environnementaux. Un certain nombre de recommandations ont été proposées, notamment : l’introduction de la dimension environnementale dans tous les plans et les programmes du développement, et de réduire les modes de consommation excessive et l'exploitation irrationnelle des ressources naturelles, aussi bien que le développement de tous les secteurs en dehors du secteur des hydrocarbures. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر من خلال عرض أهم الاستراتيجيات والجهود المبذولة من طرف الحكومة الجزائرية في سبيل بلوغ التكامل بين كل من التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية على حد سواء، والذي أصبح ضرورة حتمية لا مناص منها لكل الدول والمجتمعات. وبغية تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة من الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. لتخلص الدراسة إلى جملة نتائج أبرزها: تبني الحكومة الجزائرية في إطار الانفتاح على العالم مجموعة من الخطط والبرامج التي تسعى إلى تحقيق مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة كبرنامج التعديل الهيكلي، وإنشاء المجلس الأعلى للبيئة والتنمية المستدامة، وكذا الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة، إضافة إلى إقرار الرسوم البيئية. ولينتج مما سبق جملة توصيات أبرزها: إدخال البعد البيئي في كل الخطط والبرامج التنموية، والتقليل من أنماط الاستهلاك المفرط والاستغلال غير العقلاني للموارد الطبيعي، إضافة إلى تطوير كل القطاعات خارج قطاع المحروقات. |
