| المستخلص: | يسعى البحث إلى معرفة الأداء التنظيمي لمعلمات رياض الأطفال، ومعرفة البيئة التعليمية لطفل الروضة. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث تبنت الباحثة مقياس الأداء التنظيمي ل (الساعدي، 2016) الذي قامت بتطبيقه على معلمات رياض الأطفال، يتكون المقياس من (43) فقرة، ويتمتع بصدق وثبات جيد، إذ بلغ معامل الثبات (0.84) بطريقة إعادة الاختبار، و (0.87) باستعمال معادلة ألفا كرونباخ. فضلاً عن قيام الباحثة بتبني مقياس البيئة التعليمية ل (ردام، 2015)، يتكون المقياس من (66) فقرة، ويتمتع بصدق وثبات جيد، إذ بلغ معامل الثبات (0.89) بطريقة ثبات الملاحظين، و (0.90) باستعمال معادلة ألفا كرونباخ. وقد طبّق مقياس الأداء التنظيمي على عينة بلغ عددها (150) معلمة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وطبق مقياس البيئة التعليمية على الرياض التي تتواجد فيها أفراد عينة البحث والبالغة (18) روضة. وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- إن معلمات رياض الأطفال لديهن أداء تنظيميا بمستويات متباينة. 2- لا توجد فروق بين المعلمات في الأداء التنظيمي تبعاً لسنوات الخدمة. 3- إن مستوى البيئة التعليمية في رياض الأطفال أقل من المستوى المطلوب. 4- يرتبط الأداء التنظيمي بالبيئة التعليمية ارتباطاً عالياً وموجبا. ثم تقدمت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the organizational performance scale for (Saadi, 2016), which was applied to kindergarten teachers. The scale consists of (43) paragraphs, and has good reliability and validity, as the coefficient of reliability (84.0) in a retest method, and (87.0) using the formula Alpha Kronbach. Additionally, the researcher adopted the educational environment scale for (Radam, 2015); the scale consists of (66) paragraphs, and it enjoys a good reliability and validity, as the coefficient of reliability (89.0) method of reliability of observers, and (90,0) Kronbach. Then the organizational performance scale was applied to a sample of (150) teachers selected by the simple random method and the educational environment scale was applied to Riyadh, where the sample of the research sample is (18) 1- kindergartens. The research reached the following results: Kindergarten teachers have organizational performance at varying levels. 2- There are no differences between the parameters in the organizational performance depending on the years of service. 3- The level of educational environment in kindergartens is below the required level. 4- Organizational performance is closely linked to the educational environment.
