| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير أبعاد المساندة الاجتماعية في الصلابة النفسية لدى المصابين بمرض السرطان من وجهة نظرهم، وعليه اتبع المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بتطبيق مقياسين؛ الأول لقياس مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية، والثاني لقياس مستوى الصلابة النفسية على عينة بلغ حجمها (60) مريضاً من مرضي السرطان الذين يعالجون في مشافي مدينة نابلس تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، فبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية التي يتلقاها مرضي السرطان كانت بدرجة كبيرة، في حين كان مستوى شعورهم بالصلابة النفسية بدرجة متوسطة، وتبين وجود علاقة خطية موجبة بين مستوى المساندة الاجتماعية والصلابة النفسية لدى مرضي السرطان، كما تبين وجود تأثير دال إحصائيا لأبعاد المساندة الاجتماعية في بعدي الالتزام والتحدي لدى المصابين بمرض السرطان، وعدم جود أثر لأبعاد المساندة الاجتماعية في بعد التحكم كأحد أبعاد الصلابة النفسية. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aimed to determine the impact of social support dimensions on the psychological hardiness of patients with cancer from the point of view of the patients. Therefore, associated descriptive method was adopted. Two measures were applied: the first is to measure the level of social support, and the second is to measure the level of psychological hardiness on a sample of 60 cancer patients who are treated in hospitals in Nablus and were chosen in a simple random way. After data collection and analysis, the results showed that the level of social support received by cancer patients was very high, while the level of feeling of psychological hardiness was at medium level. A positive linear relationship was found between the level of social support and psychological hardiness in cancer patients. There was also a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of social support in terms of commitment and challenge among cancer patients and the absence of an impact of the dimensions of social support in the control dimension as one of the dimensions of psychological hardiness. | ||
