| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مؤشرات الصدق البنائي لنموذج تقييم طلاب التدريب الميداني للمشرف الأكاديمي بكلية التربية جامعة الملك سعود، وتكونت العينة من (559) طالبا وطالبة منهم (240) طالبا، (319) طالبة بمرحلة البكالوريوس خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني 1436 / 1437 هـ، طبق عليهم نموذج تقييم المشرف الأكاديمي، وباستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي، والتحليل العاملي التوكيدي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ، واختبار (ت). أظهرت النتائج توفر مؤشرات مقبولة من الصدق البنائي للمقياس يمكن تلخيصها في: تمتع جميع عبارات نموذج التقييم بدرجة مرتفعة من الاتساق الداخلي على مستوى جميع المجموعات الفرعية تشبع عبارات نموذج التقييم على عاملين يفسران معا (60.21%) من التباين الكلي. تحقق جميع مؤشرات حسن المطابقة لنموذج العاملين الكامنين. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين الطلاب والطالبات على نموذج التقييم بأبعاده المختلفة، لصالح الطالبات. وتشير النتائج في مجملها إلى صلاحية نموذج التقييم للاستخدام ويوصي الباحث بإجراء المزيد من البحوث على النموذج، ومقارنة تقييم الطلاب للمشرف الأكاديمي في التخصصات المختلفة. The current study aims at identifying the construct validity of the indicators of the “academic supervisor” evaluation form which is filled by the field training’s students at the College of Education in King Saud University. The sample consisted of 559 undergraduate students, 240 of whom are males and 319 are females, both enrolled in the second semester 14361437/ AH. The “Academic Supervisor” evaluation form was distributed to the study sample. Results were concluded with the use of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach - alpha coefficient, and t-test. The results revealed that there is a satisfactory level of the construct validity of the indicators which could be summarized as follows: - All the items of the evaluation form show a high degree of internal consistency in all the study subgroups. - Items of the evaluation form loaded on two factors summing up to 60.21% of the total variance. - All goodness of fit indicators for the latent factors were attained. - There are statistically significant differences in the evaluation conducted by male and female students in various dimensions, in favor of females. In general, the Statistical analysis results indicate the appropriateness of the evaluation form for use. The researcher recommends conducting further research on the evaluation form, and comparing the student evaluations of the academic supervisor in different disciplines. |
