| المستخلص: | تناولت الدراسة الحالية موضوع التعرف على أخطار الإرهاب الجديد على بنية المجتمع العربي، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت دليل المقابلة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، بجانب تحليل بعض السجلات الرسمية والتقارير العربية والدولية، والوثائق ذات الصلة، واعتمدت على عينة قوامها (31 مفردة) تم انتقاؤها بطريقة "العينة الطبقية العشوائية" من أعضاء الهيئة العلمية "بجامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية" بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة وثيقة بين آليات الإرهاب الجديد وتفكيك بُنية المجتمع العربي اقتصاديا، واجتماعيا، وأمنيا، وثقافيا، من خلال استحداث أدوات إرهابية جديدة، والقدرة على التمويل وتجنيد أعضاء جدد، في ظل تحولات سياسية وأمنية عميقة، على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، كما خلصت إلى عدد من التوصيات منها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث الدقيقة لاكتشاف جوانب القصور في العلاقة بين الإرهاب الجديد وبنية المجتمع العربي، في ظل تحولات أمنية كبرى وبنية عربية في خطر؛ بهدف تحقيق الأمن الشامل والاستقرار، والقضاء على الإرهاب الجديد بجميع صوره وأخطاره وآلياته، والتوعية المستمرة لمواجهة أخطار التنظيمات الإرهابية المسلحة في عالمنا العربي. The present study dealt with the subject of recognizing the new dangers of terrorism to the structure of Arab society. To achieve this objective, the descriptive approach was used. It used the interview manual as a basic tool for data collection, in addition to analyzing some official records, Arab and international reports, and related documents. The study relied on a sample of (31 individual) who were selected in a way of “Stratified random sampling” by the members of the scientific faculty of Naif Arab University for Security Sciences in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study found many results, most notably: a close relationship between the mechanisms of new terrorism and the dismantling of the structure of the Arab society economically, socially, security, and culturally through the development of new terrorism tools, the ability to finance and recruit new members, in the context of profound political and security transformations, at the regional and international levels, as the study concluded a number of recommendations, including: Conducting more studies and research to discover the shortcomings of the relationship between new terrorism and the structure of Arab society, in light of major security shifts and Arab structures at risk; with the aim to achieve the comprehensive security and stability, and the elimination of new terrorism in all its forms and its dangers and its mechanisms, continuous awareness to confront the dangers of armed terrorist organizations in the Arab world.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
