| 520 | |d Dans cette étude, nous cherchons à connaître la réalité de la gouvernance bancaire en Algérie et son efficacité dans la gestion des risques opérationnels de ces banques, en utilisant l'outil questionnaire et après le traitement statistique de ces questionnaires, nous avons trouvé un effet statistiquement significatif sur l'adoption des principes de gouvernance et son impact sur l'engagement des agences bancaires commerciales à l'échantillon de l'étude pour gérer les risques opérationnels à un niveau de (a= 0.05). | ||
