| المستخلص: | L’environnement économique depuis les années 1990 en Algérie a constaté une transformation radicale. L’engagement résolu du pays dans la voie de l’économie du marché libère les énergies entrepreneuriales et donne une importance cruciale au secteur des petites et moyennes entreprises. L’objectif de cet article sera dans un premier temps de bien valoriser le poids des PME/PMI dans l’économie nationale, puis et dans un deuxième point nous étudions l'impact de ces petites et moyennes entreprises sur le taux de croissance hors hydrocarbures. The economic environment since the 1990s in Algeria has seen a radical transformation. The country’s commitment to the market economy frees up entrepreneurial energies and gives crucial importance to the small and medium enterprise sector. The aim of this article, first of all, will be to highlight the importance of SMEs in the national economy, and then, in a second point, we stud the impact of these small and medium-sized enterprises on the non-hydrocarbons growth rate. يعرف الاقتصاد الوطني منذ التسعينات في الجزائر تحولا جذريا وهذا نتيجة للتحول إلى نظام اقتصاد السوق الذي يعطي أهمية بالغة لقطاع المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة والهدف من هذه الدراسة في المقام الأول، هو تسليط الضوء على حجم المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الاقتصاد الوطني، ثم في مرحلة ثانية، ندرس مدى تأثير هذه المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة على معدل النمو خارج إطار المحروقات. |
