| المستخلص: | The tribe is a traditional structure known to pre-industrial human societies, however, in many societies, they played a fundamental political role in the formation of the national state. Although the national state and the tribe are at odds in their principles and behaviours, they are two lines that do not meet.\nIn this regard, Saudi Arabia is an important example of exploring the political role of the tribe. Especially since this model has the particularities that qualify it for this, such as the fact that this geographical area is not subjected to any foreign colonization and is considered the largest gathering of Arab tribes for the establishment of the Saudi state in a Bedouin-tribal environment (Najd). Finally, the contributions of the tribe in general to the establishment of this state.\nOn this basis, we seek to explore the political role of the tribe in Saudi Arabia by answering the following questions: Does the tribe have a political role after the establishment of the Saudi national state? and where it stands after it existed?\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 La tribu est considérée comme le noyau structurel au sein des sociétés humaines avant toute industrialisation d’une manière générale, cependant les tribus ont pu jouer un rôle politique et substantiel dans l’émergence d’un État national regroupant les franges de la société et ce en dépit des divergences de vue et des principes qui sont considères comme deux traits parallèles qui ne se rencontrent jamais.\nDans ce même contexte l’Arabie saoudite est perçue comme un important modèle pour découvrir le rôle politique des tribus d’autant plus, ce modèle dispose des caractéristiques qui lui permettent d’avoir cette crédibilité en raison de pouvoir épargner cette zone géographique de toute intrusion coloniale étant donne également le fief des concentrations des tribus arabes, l’émergence d’un État saoudien au sein d’un milieu purement nomade et tribal (Nejd) et enfin la contribution de la tribu d’une manière générale à l’émergence d’un État.\nSur la base de ces données, nous espérons pouvoir découvrir les mécanismes du rôle politique de la tribu qui ont abouti à la formation d’un État saoudien en se posant la question suivante: la tribu dispose-t-elle un rôle politique à l’issue cet État? Dans le cas où ce rôle existe déjà ? تعد القبيلة بنية تقليدية عرفتها المجتمعات البشرية ما قبل الصناعية بشكل واسع، إلا أنها لعب في العديد من المجتمعات دوراً سياسيا جوهرياً في نشأة الدولة الوطنية، على الرغم من كونهما أي الدولة الوطنية والقبيلة متعارضين في مبادئهما وسلوكياتهما، فهما خطان لا يلتقيان.\nوفي هذا المضمار، تعد المملكة العربية السعودية أنموذجا مهما لاستكشاف الدور السياسي للقبيلة، لاسيما وأن هذا الأنموذج يملك من الخصوصيات ما يؤهله لذلك على غرار عدم تعرض هذه الرقعة الجغرافية لأي استعمار أجنبي واعتبارها أكبر تجمع للقبائل العربية، قيام الدولة السعودية في بيئة بدوية – قبلية (نجد)، وأخيراً، إسهامات القبيلة بشكل عام في قيام هذه الدولة.\nوعلى هذا الأساس، نسعى ضمن هذه الورقة لاستكشاف الدور السياسي للقبيلة في السعودية، وهذا من خلال الإجابة على تساؤلات مفاده: هل تملك القبيلة دوراً سياسياً بعد قيام الدولة الوطنية السعودية؟ وفي حالة وجوده فيما يتجلي؟ |
