| المستخلص: | This research aims at getting acquainted with the causes behind decreasing the number of beneficiaries frequenting Iraqi University Libraries through setting a rated all-psychological characteristic criterion. To achieve this aim, the researchist chose a proportionate class sample of undergraduate and postgraduate students and teachers at the Mustanssiriyya University; they were all 150 persons. The researchist pursued a case-study programme using questionnaire as a means to obtain data. |
