| المستخلص: | The aim of this study was to study the sense of social responsibility in the parents of children with mental disabilities. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach. The sample of the study was chosen from mothers of children with mental disabilities in centers with special needs. the sample consist of 150 mothers. The researcher applied the sense of social responsibility measure after confirming the psychometric characteristics and analysis of the data. The statistical methods were used, the most important of which was the test of one sample and two samples and the test of the mono-variance and the Cronbach algorithm by the statistical package program In social sciences (SPSS), the most important results were: The social responsibility of the parents of the mentally handicapped in Khartoum State is positive: There are no statistically significant differences among the mentally handicapped parents in Khartoum State due to the gender variable There are no statistically significant differences among the mentally disabled parents in Khartoum state. هدفت هذا الدراسة إلى دراسة الشعور بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى والدى أطفال المعاقين عقليا، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من أمهات الأطفال المعاقين عقليا بمراكز ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وبلغ حجم العينة (150) أم، تم اختيارهن عن طريق العينة العشوائية البسيطة، طبقت الباحثة مقياس الشعور بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية ولتحليل البيانات تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وأهمها اختبار (ت) لعينة واحدة وعينتين واختبار التباين الأحادي ومعامل الفاكرونباخ بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) وتمثلت أهم النتائج: تتسم المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى والدى المعاقين عقليا بولاية الخرطوم بالإيجابية. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى والدي المعاقين عقليا بولاية الخرطوم تعزى لمتغير النوع. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى والدي المعاقين عقليا بولاية الخرطوم تعزى لمتغير العمر. |
