| المستخلص: | This study aimed to recognize the extent to which competencies of education technologies are available and the extent of practicing these technologies by the managers' resources learning center. In order to achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical method was used. The researcher prepared a questionnaire as a study tool. The questionnaire is divided into nine (9) dimensions of education technologies’ competencies which included (43) competencies (skills). Validation and reliability of the tool were verified using the suitable ways. The study sample consisted of (73) secretaries of learning resource centers in Sabia Directorate of education. The study reached the following results: ◄ There are (40) competencies highly available among managers, (35) of them are highly practiced by learning resource secretaries ◄ There are statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of these competencies among managers' resources learning center; this is attributed to the variables of years of experience, academic qualification. There are statistically significant differences in the degree of the secretaries, practicing of the education technologies, competencies which is attributed to the variable of years of experience. ◄ There are no differences in the availability of education technologies’ competencies among the managers, of learning resource centers, attributed to the variable of specialization, the variable of getting a diploma of learning resources. There are no differences in the degree of practicing education technologies competencies among the managers of learning resources centers, attributed to the variables of academic qualification, specialization and getting a diploma of learning resource centers. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى امتلاك (توافر) كفايات تقنيات التعليم ومدى ممارسة أمناء مراكز مصادر التعليم لها، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كمنهج للدراسة، وأعد الباحث استبانة كأداة للدراسة مكونة من تسع أبعاد لكفايات تقنيات التعليم وتضم في محتواها (43) كفاية، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها بالطرق المناسبة وقد تكونت العينة من (73) أميناً لمراكز مصادر التعليم بإدارة التعليم بمحافظة صبيا. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى الآتي: ◄ توافر (40) كفاية من كفايات تقنيات التعليم لدى أمناء مراكز مصادر التعليم بدرجة عالية، يمارس منها (35) كفاية من كفايات تقنيات التعليم بدرجة كبيرة. ◄ وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك (توافر) كفايات تقنيات التعليم لدى أمناء مراكز مصادر التعليم تعزي لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، ولمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وفي درجة ممارسة كفايات تقنيات التعليم لدى أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم تعزي لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. ◄ عدم وجود فروق في امتلاك (توافر) كفايات تقنيات التعليم لدى أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم تعزي لمتغير التخصص، ولمتغير الحصول على دبلوم مراكز مصادر التعلم، وفي درجة ممارسة كفايات تقنيات التعليم لدى أمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ولمتغير التخصص، ولمتغير الحصول على دبلوم مراكز مصادر التعلم. |
