| المستخلص: | تعد "الثقافة المعلوماتية" " "information culture" أو "culture informationnelle" بكل ما يحتويه المصطلح من مفاهيم ومجالات وعلاقات متداخلة، بمثابة المكون الرئيسي للمنظمات والمؤسسات المتنوعة المجالات، بدايةً من الأسرة بوصفها نواة المؤسسات الاجتماعية ونهايةً بالمؤسسات الدولية والعالمية الكبرى بوصفها منبع الخدمات لمجتمع المعرفة المعاصرة. ونظرا لأهمية هذا المصطلح، وضرورة تفعيل متطلباته المهارية، تركز الدراسة الحالية على المفاهيم العامة والتعريفات المتخصصة، وأهم مكونات وعلاقات الثقافة المعلوماتية، والمجالات الموضوعية والفئوية المرتبطة بها، بالإضافة إلى دور مؤسسات المعلومات في تنمية مهارات، ودعم متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة المعاصر.\nيرتبط مفهوم الثقافة المعلوماتية ارتباطاً وثيقاً بتكنولوجيا المعلومات، ونظم المعلومات والثقافة الرقمية. وتتحقق أعلى مستويات كفاءة الاستخدام للمعلومات عند تفعيل نظم إدارة المعلومات والاستعانة بالتطبيقات التكنولوجية الحديثة بهدف تيسير الوصول للمعلومات المنشودة، وتلبية الاحتياجات البحثية المتنوعة لمجتمع المعرفة المعاصر.\n “Information culture” with all its concepts, domains, and interlaced relationships serves as the main component of diverse organizations and institutions, starting from the family as the nucleus of social institutions ending with major international and global institutions as a service source for the contemporary knowledge society. Given the importance of this term and the need to activate its skills requirements, the current study focuses on general concepts and specialized definitions, the most important components and relationships of information culture, and related thematic and categorical areas, in addition to the role of information institutions in developing skills and supporting the requirements the contemporary knowledge society.\nThe concept of information culture is closely linked to information technology, information systems, and digital culture. The highest levels of efficiency in the use of information are achieved when information management systems are activated and modern technological applications are used to facilitate access to the desired information and to meet the diverse research needs of the contemporary knowledge society.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 |
