| المستخلص: | تعتبر "التجربة الصينية" واحدة من التجارب التي أدهشت المجتمع الإنساني حيث لفتت إنجازات التنمية المستدامة والمتسارعة خلال ال 30 عاما من تطبيق سياسة الإصلاح والانفتاح الكثير من العلماء والباحثين داخل وخارج الصين واتخاذها كنموذج للدراسة والمناقشة، وتلخيص التنمية في الصين منذ الإصلاح والانفتاح وتعميق فهم الناس معني الاشتراكية ذات خصائص صينية. لقد وعت القيادة الصينية الجديدة أهمية الانفتاح على العالم وعلى الثقافات الأخرى وكسر الحاجز الحديدي الذي كان يقوم بإغلاق المجتمع الصيني حول نفسه، كما كان سائدا في منظومة دول الاتحاد السوفياتي السابق. خصوصا وأن رياح الحرية والديمقراطية بدأت تهب على الصين من خلال شبكات المعلومات والاتصال والفضائيات التي لا مجال لإغلاق النوافذ أمام عبورها إلى داخل المجتمع الصيني. فالعصر الجديد وعبق التغيير المشبع بالثقافة قد بدا، ولابد من اغتنام الفرصة لاستيعابه ...وهذا ما يعزز الانفتاح. كما حثت القيادة الصينية شعبها على التعلم من أية أمة متقدمة والاهتمام بكل ما يخدم عملية البناء الذاتي للفرد والمجتمع والدولة وهذا ما ساعد على توسيع آفاق الفكر الإبداعي الصيني ونقل المعرفة والابتكارات وتطويرها أو نسخها بحرفيه ودقة عالية بالإضافة إلى تحديد الأولويات في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا، وبناء النظام الوطني للعلوم وتشجيع الاختراعات الوطنية وتوسيع مجالات تطبيقها. فهل استطاع الصينيون إنتاج ثقافة ترتكز عل الإبداع والابتكار في عالم تحكمه المنافسة الاقتصادية المرتكزة على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال؟ Considered “Chinese experience” one of the experiences that has surprised human society where the eye of sustainable development achievements and accelerated during the 30 years of the policy of reform and opening up a lot of scientists and researchers inside and outside of China, taken as a model for study and discussion, summarize the development in China since the reform and opening up and deepen people’s understanding of the meaning of socialism with Chinese characteristics. China’s new leadership has understood the importance of openness to the world and to other cultures and break the metal barrier, which was the closure of the Chinese community about the same, as was prevalent in the system of the former Soviet Union countries , and that the wind of freedom and democracy are blowing on China through information networks communication and satellite channels that there is no room to close the windows before crossing into Chinese society . and fragrant saturated culture change has begun, and must seize the opportunity to absorb it ... and this is what promotes openness. He also urged the Chinese leadership of its people to learn from any advanced nation and interest in all things serve the self-construction of the individual and society and the state process and this is what has helped to expand the horizons of the Chinese creative thinking and knowledge transfer and innovation and developed or copied meticulously crafted and accuracy in addition to setting priorities in the areas of Science and technology, and build the national system of science and the promotion of national inventions and expand the areas of application. |
