| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع عمليات إدارة المعرفة في جامعة طاهري محمد-بشار-من خلال التعرف على ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (sig≤0,05) حول واقع تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة بجامعة طاهري محمد-بشار. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، بحيث صممت استبيانة مكونة من أربعة أبعاد تمثل عمليات إدارة المعرفة، ووزعت هذه الاستبانة على عينة حجمها (235) أستاذ جامعي، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة على أن تطبيق عمليات إدارة المعرفة بجامعة الطاهري محمد بشار متوسط نسبيا، وتبين أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول واقع عمليات إدارة المعرفة في جامعة طاهري محمد بشار تعزي للمتغيرات الشخصية | ||
| 520 | |b The objective of this study was to identify the reality of knowledge management processes at Tahri Mohammed-Bechar University by identifying whether there were statistically significant differences at the level of ( ≤0,05) significance of the reality of the application of knowledge management processes at Tahri Mohamed University - The researcher adopted the descriptive approach, so that she designed a questionnaire consisting of four dimensions representing knowledge management processes. This questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 235 university professors. The results of the study showed that the application of knowledge management processes at Tahri University, Relatively speaking, it was found that there are no statistically significant differences in the reality of the management processes of University of Tahri Mohammed Bechar for Personal variables (gender, age, educational qualification, professional experience, nature of work, place of work). | ||
