| المستخلص: | The purpose of this study was to produce a proposed concept to promote the role of the university counseling services for achieving Saudi Arabia’s vision (2030) in education based on perspective of students and teaching staff members (who work in counseling). The study relied on the descriptive method. Two questionnaires were developed :the first one was about the reality of the role of counseling services to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030 from the perspective of students; the second of which was about how to activate the role of counseling services to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030 from the perspective of faculty members. Furthermore, the first questionnaire was applied on (43) students and second one was applied on (22) members of the faculty staff. The results showed that there is a weakness of university counseling services in the light of achieving the vision of the Kingdom 2030 from the perspective of students. However, the weakest are the economic services. In addition, the most important methods to activate the role of counseling services to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030 from the point of view of the teaching staff are the psychological, social, academic, economic, and political services respectively. A proposed concept and recommendations were presented in the light of the research findings. هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتدعيم دور الخدمات الإرشادية الجامعية لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 في التعليم بناء على وجهة نظر الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين في الإرشاد، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي حيث تم إعداد استبانتين هما: استبيان تقدير واقع دور الخدمات الإرشادية الجامعية لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 من وجهة نظر الطلاب، واستبيان طرق تفعيل دور الخدمات الإرشادية الجامعية لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس طبق الاستبيان الأول على (43) طالبا وطبق الاستبيان الثاني على (22) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأظهرت النتائج ضعف الخدمات الإرشادية الجامعية في ضوء تحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 من وجهة نظر الطلاب، وأن أضعفها هي الخدمات الاقتصادية، كما أن أهم طرق تفعيل دور الخدمات الإرشادية الجامعية لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين في الإرشاد هي الخدمات النفسية ثم الاجتماعية ثم الأكاديمية ثم الاقتصادية ثم السياسية، وتم تقديم تصور مقترح في ضوء النتائج والخروج بتوصيات. |
