| المستخلص: | This study aims at finding out the degree of School Principals practice of Negotiation Technique in Managing Conflicts in the State of Julan bani bo Hasn, Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire composed of (31) items was designed spread over three main fields. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, (67) Assistant Principals and first teachers were invited to respond to the items of the questionnaire. To evaluate the responses (means, standard deviation, T-test and ANOVA) were employed the study highlighted the following findings. This study aims at finding out The degree of School Principals practice of Negotiation Technique in Managing Conflicts In the State of Julan bani bo hasn, Sultanate of Oman is average, The absence of statistically significant differences at the level of ( 0.0 _> a), due to variables of gender and academic qualification, and years of experience, for The degree of School Principals practice of Negotiation Technique in Managing Conflicts In the State of Julan bani bo hasn, Sultanate of Oman In the light of the findings, the researchers recommends the followings; And the need to prepare a qualified and trained negotiating team in each school to support and assist the school principal in the event of any emergency conflicts in the school, the need to know the principals of the negotiation strategies and practice correctly, give the principals the appropriate authority to have Greater confidence in the negotiating process هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لأسلوب التفاوض في إدارة الصراع في ولاية جعلان بني بو حسن بسلطنة عمان. ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف بني الباحثان استبانة مكونة من (31) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات رئيسة وبعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على (67) مساعداً للمدير ومعلم أول، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار (T-TEST)، وتحليل التباين الأحادي ANOVA ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لأسلوب التفاوض في إدارة الصراع في ولاية جعلان بني بو حسن بسلطنة عمان كانت متوسطة، كذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05≥ α) لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لأسلوب التفاوض في إدارة الصراع يعود لمتغيرات: النوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصي الباحثان بتنفيذ دورات وبرامج تدريبية لمديري المدارس في أسلوب التفاوض، وضرورة إعداد فريق تفاوضي مؤهل ومدرب في كل مدرسة بحيث يكون مساندا ومعاونا لمدير المدرسة عند حدوث أي صراعات طارئة في المدرسة، وإلمام مدير المدرسة باستراتيجيات التفاوض وممارستها بصورة صحيحة، منح مديري المدارس الصلاحيات المناسبة ليكون لديهم ثقة أكبر في عملية التفاوض. |
