| المستخلص: | داء السكري من الأمراض المزمنة التي تستمر مع الفرد على مدى حياته، وهو لا يصيب عضوا أو جزءا واحد من أعضاء الجسم وإنما يصيب ويؤثر تأثيراً سلبياً على كل أعضاء الجسم بداية من الجلد وانتهاء بالعظم. مروراً على كل الأنسجة والأجهزة من قلب وأوعية دموية. كما إنه يؤثر على المريض أو ذويه من الناحية الاقتصادية. ويشكل مرض السكري ومضاعفاته مشكلة كبيرة من الناحية الصحية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية تعد جديرة بالاهتمام وهو يزداد انتشاراً يوماً بعد يوم، وتكون علاقته بالتقدم الحضاري علاقة طردية بعكس كثير من الأمراض التي استطاع التقدم العلمي الحد منها بل والقضاء على بعضها نهائياً. وقد تم أخذ عينة الدراسة من مركز الغدد الصماء والسكري في مستشفى الموانئ العام في البصرة للمصابين بمرض داء السكري لعام 2012 وبلغت العينة (123) مريضا، وتم الاعتماد في هذه العينة على بعض العوامل التي تؤثر بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة في الإصابة بمرض داء السكري وهذه العوامل هي (عمر المريض، جنس المريض، وزن المريض وطوله، لاستخراج مؤشر كتلة الجسم، الحالة الاجتماعية للمرض فضلا عن نسبة السكر في الدم للمريض مقاسة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر متتابعة). وإن قلة الدراسات الإحصائية المتعلقة بهذا المرض وخطورته من أهم الدواعي التي شجعت على دراسته دراسة إحصائية. وقد عكست النتائج التأثير الواضح للبدانة في الإصابة بمرض داء السكري وبهذا تكون قد أكدت من الجانب الإحصائي الرأي الطبي. Has been taking the sample from the center of Endocrinology, Diabetes Hospital in Port-General in Basra for people living with disease, diabetes in 2012 and reached the sample (123) patients were relying in this sample some of the factors that affect directly or indirectly in the incidence of diabetes and this factors are (the patient's age, sex of the patient, the patient's weight and length to extract the body mass index, marital status of the disease as well as the percentage of sugar in the blood of the patient, measured for three consecutive months). And that the lack of statistical studies on this disease and severity of the most important reasons that encouraged the study of statistical study. The results reflected a clear impact of obesity in diabetes disease and thus may have confirmed the statistical side of the medical opinion. |
