| المستخلص: | Les récents changements rapides dans le domaine des médias: les changements politiques régionaux et internationaux, les conglomérats de médias de masse, la prolifération des chaînes satellitaires spécialisées, la mondialisation des communications ... ont fait que des théories de la presse et des modèles développés plus tard dans le domaine des sciences de l'information et de la communication soient relativement incapables de fournir une explication plausible et une compréhension complète de ce qui se passe dans les systèmes des médias à travers le monde. Dans ce contexte, les quatre théories classiques de la presse (Autoritaire, Soviétique, Libérale et Responsabilité sociale) seront présentées avec les deux théories de McQuail(de développement et démocratique participative) et les trois modèles de Hallin et Mancini (Liberal, Corporatiste-Démocratique et Pluraliste polarisé) et leurs développements ultérieurs (Paternaliste, Nationaliste, Clienteliste, Humanocentrique…), en référence à certaines approches critiques. The recent rapid changes in the field of media: regional and international political changes, mass media conglomerates, the proliferation of specialized satellite channels, the globalization of communications ... have made theories of the press and models developed later in the field of information and communication sciences relatively incapable of providing a comprehensive explanation and understanding of what happens in Media Systems around the world. In this context, the Four Classic Theories of the Press (Authoritarian, Soviet – Communist-, Liberal, &Social Responsibility) will be presented with the two McQuail theories (Development and Democratic-Participant) and the three models of Hallin and Mancini (Liberal, Democratic Corporatist & Polarized Pluralist) and their subsequent developments (Paternalist, Nationalist, Clientelist, Humanocentric… (Nationalist, with reference to some critical approaches. إن التغيرات السريعة التي عرفها مجال الإعلام مؤخرا: التغيرات السياسية الإقليمية والدولية، التكتلات الإعلامية الضخمة، تكاثر القنوات الفضائية المتخصصة، عولمة الاتصالات...، جعلت نظريات الصحافة والنماذج المطورة لها لاحقا في مجال علوم الإعلام والاتصال عاجزة نسبيا عن تقديم تفسير وفهم شاملين لما يحدث في أنظمة وسائل الإعلام عبر مختلف مناطق العالم. وفي هذا الإطار، سيتم عرض النظريات الكلاسيكية الأربع (السلطوية والسوفيتية والليبرالية والمسؤولية الاجتماعية) مذيلة بنظريتي ماك كوايل (التنموية والديمقراطية-التشاركية) والنماذج الثلاثة لـ"هالين ومانشيني" (الليبرالي والديمقراطي التشاركي والتعددي الاستقطابي) وتطوراتها اللاحقة (الأبوي، الوطني، الزبوني، المركزي الإنساني...)، مع الإشارة في كل محطة إلى بعض المقاربات النقدية لها. |
