| 520 | |d La question sanitaire représente toutes les dimensions diverses de la santé soient-elles ; et touche tout ce qui est en relation avec elles, ainsi que les phénomènes relatifs á la santé de l’individu et de la société. Elle pose plusieurs questions qui ont rapport avec les processus de développement, ce qui l’a rendu bien placée dans les politiques publiques des états. Étant donné que la société algérienne a connu des transformations aux plusieurs niveaux, alors elle a vécu plusieurs événements sanitaires, ce qui a provoqué des expansions au niveau du concept de la santé et a pis des dimensions dépassant le cadre de traitement des maladies, et tout cela par l’adaptation d’une politique basée sur des mesures préventives devenues parmi les buts des programmes étatiques en vue d’assurer une sensibilisation à la santé. Et afin que ces exigences sanitaires se réalisent ; et surtout l'égalité sanitaire ; l'idée d'un développement global dépend de son applicabilité sur le plan réel. | ||

| 520 | |a تمثل المسألة الصحية؛ كل الأبعاد المختلفة المتعلقة بالصحة، وما يرتبط بها من ظواهر تمس صحة الفرد والمجتمع، وتطرح الكثير من القضايا، وثيقة الصلة بجميع عمليات التنمية، مما جعلها تحتل مكانة أساسية في السياسات العامة للدول. وبما أن المجتمع الجزائري يعرف تحولات على عدة مستويات، أدت إلى ظهور العديد من الأحداث الصحية، توسع خلالها مفهوم الصحة وأخذ أبعادا جديدة تجاوزت إطار معالجة الأمراض، وذلك بانتهاج سياسة ترتكز على الطرق الوقائية ضمن برامج حكومية، تهدف إلى تحقيق التوعية الصحية. وحتى تتحقق جملة المطالب الصحية، وعلى رأسها المساواة الصحية، تبقى فكرة التنمية الشاملة مرهونة بمدى تحققها على أرض الواقع. | ||
