| المستخلص: | The National Strategy and Social Policy for the Care of Older Persons aims to combat all forms of uprooting them from their family and social environment which is contrary to our national values and social Islamic values in particular. It seeks to ensure family and social care and solidarity, either at the family level or at the level of structures and institutions for the reception of the elderly, where necessary, through the creation of appropriate mechanisms for that. Law 10/12 represents no more than a confirmation of the State's direction, which it has taken upon itself to fulfil, representing the centrality of the commitment of States and societies to their citizens.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 La stratégie sociale nationale et la politique de prise en charge des personnes âgées visent à lutter contre toutes les formes de déracinement de leur famille et de leur société qui sont contraire ànos valeurs nationales et islamiques en particulier, ils cherchent a assurer la solidarité et la sécurité familiale et social, que ce soit au niveau de la famille ou au niveau des structures de vieillesse est des institutions le cas échéant, grâce à la mise en place de mécanismes juridiques appropries pour cela, et la loi 10/12 mais plutôt une confirmation des orientations de l’Etat qui a entrepris cela gomme le noyau de l’engagement des états et des sociétésa l’égard des citoyens. إن الاستراتيجية والسياسة الاجتماعية الوطنية لرعاية الأشخاص المسنين، ترمي إلى محاربة كل أشكال اقتلاعهم من وسطهم الأسري والاجتماعي المخالف لقيمنا الوطنية والاجتماعية الإسلامية بالأخص، فهي تسعى إلى ضمان تكافل وتكفل أسري واجتماعي، إن على مستوى الأسرة أو على مستوى هياكل ومؤسسات استقبال المسن عند الاقتضاء، من خلال إيجاد آليات مناسبة لذلك، وما القانون 10/ 12 إلا تأكيد لتوجهات الدولة التي أخذت على عاتقها ذلك كونه جوهر التزام الدول والمجتمعات تجاه مواطنيها. |
