| المستخلص: | يتكون البحث من خمسة أبواب حيث الباب الأول يمثل التعريف بالبحت ومنه تناولت الباحثتان مقدمة البحث وأهميته التي تضمنت الأهمية النظرية وما ينتجه البحث من الإضافة المعرفية النظرية حول مفهوم الاغتراب النفسي وتأثير ذلك في عملية تعلم فعالية القفز العالي في الساحة والميدان أما الأهمية التطبيقية فستتوضح من خلال أعداد مقياس الاغتراب النفسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الأولى في كلية التربية الرياضية أما مشكلة البحث فكانت في التعرف على مدى امتلاك العينة للاغتراب النفسي وتأثير ذلك في عملية تعلم فعالية القفز العالي أما هدف البحث فقد تضمن أولا أعداد مقياس الاغتراب النفسي لدى طلاب المرحلة الأولى بكلية التربية الرياضية / جامعة بابل وثانيا التعرف على مستوى الاغتراب النفسي لدى عينة البحت وثالثا التعرف على الفروق في ظاهرة الاغتراب النفسي بين الذكور والإناث وبعد ذلك تم تحديد فرض البحث في وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في ظاهرة الاغتراب النفسي لعينة البحث وتبعا لمتغير الجنس وبعد ذلك حددت الباحثتان المجالات الخاصة بالبحث. أما الباب الثاني فقد تضمن الدراسات النظرية الخاصة بمتغيرات البحث والنظريات ذات العلاقة بذلك. ثم استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي في المقارنات لمجتمع البحث وعينته وتم خلال هذه المرحلة إعداد المقياس وإجراء العمليات الإحصائية ثم بعد ذلك في الباب الرابع تم التعرف على مدى امتلاك العينة لمستوى الاغتراب النفسي ومعرفة مدى تأثير ذلك على تعلم فعالية القفز العالي وإيجاد الفروق بين الجنسين أما في الباب الخامس فقد استنتجت الباحثتان امتلاك العينة لظاهرة الاغتراب النفسي بدرجة مرتفعة كما وجد أن هناك فروق بين الجنسين ولصالح الإناث لذا فقد أوصت الباحثتان بضرورة الاهتمام بتوجيه الطلبة بأداء تمارين الإحماء بصورة جيدة قبل البدء بأداء أي مهارة حيث يهيئ هذا الأمر مفاصل الجسم للعمل بدون حدوث إصابات وإبعاد التردد والخوف لديهم لأجل الأداء بثقة تامة.
