| 520 | |a تهدف هذه الورقة إلى معرفة العراقيل والمشاكل التي تواجه الباحث في نشر بحوثه كما يراها الأساتذة الجامعيين، وتحديد ترتيبها. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة الميدانية وذلك من خلال تطبيق استبيان مشكلات نشر البحوث العلمية من إعداد الباحثين على عينة من الأساتذة الجامعيين، والذين بلغ عددهم 33 أستاذ وأستاذة، تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام SPSS وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى ما يلي:\nكل أفراد عينة الدراسة يسعون لنشر بحوثهم.\nتدخل الواسطة في نشر المقالات، وطول المدة الزمنية بين إرسال المقال ونشر المقال.\nخضوع بعض المجالات لرأي أشخاص معينين، نشر ورفض بعض المقالات نتيجة قرارات شخصية، تفرد رؤساء تحرير بعض المجالات بقرار النشر.\nغياب رقابة قانونية لوزارة التعليم العالي لضبط نشاط المجلات.\nطول المدة الزمنية بين إرسال المقال والرد على الباحث، رفض بعض الجامعات للمجلات الصادرة عن المخابر والكليات في المناقشات. | ||
| 520 | |f This paper seeks to identify the obstacles and problems facing the researcher in respect to publishing his research, according to the view of university professors, and to determine their order. The descriptive methodological approach was adopted in the field study through surveying the problems related to the publishing of academic research prepared by researchers, which was applied upon a sample of university professors, numbering 33 male and female professors in total. The data was processed using the SPSS program and the study concluded the following:\nAll members of the study sample make effort to publish their research.\nThe intermediary intervenes/interferes in publishing articles and the lengthy period of time between sending the article and the publishing of the article.\nThe submission of some fields to the opinion of certain people. The publication and rejection of some articles is as a result of personal decisions, whilst chief editors of some fields are alone in respect to possessing the decision to publish.\nAn absence of legal monitoring by the Ministry of Higher Education to control the activity of journals.\nThe lengthy period of time between sending the article and the response reaching the researcher.
