| 520 | |a هدف البحث تعرف الحاجات الإرشادية للمتقاعدين والفروق في تلك الحاجات على وفق متغيرات: النوع (ذكور-إناث) والتحصيل الدراسي للمتقاعد والدرجة المالية للمتقاعد. وتحدد البحث بالمتقاعدين المدنيين في بغداد / الكرخ للعام 2017. وخضع للبحث عينة عشوائية من المتقاعدين بلغ تعدادها 100 متقاعد من الذكور والإناث بواقع 48 متقاعد و52 متقاعدة. واستخدم في البحث مقياس للحاجات الإرشادية تم بناؤه لهذا الغرض تالف من 37 فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي (الحاجات النفسية) و(الحاجات الاجتماعية) و (الحاجات الصحية) و(الحاجات الاقتصادية) أظهرت، النتائج ان أفراد العينة يعانون من الحاجات الإرشادية بمجالاتها الأربعة وان الحاجات النفسية تأتى بالمرتبة الأولى يليها الحاجات الحاجات الاقتصادية يليها الحاجات الصحية ثم الاجتماعية. ولم تظهر فروق دالة إحصائيا على وفق متغيرات النوع والشهادة والدرجة المالية. وأوصى البحث بجملة من التوصيات منها: 1. استحداث شعب للخدمة الاجتماعية والاستشارات النفسية في دائرة التقاعد العامة وتعيين أخصائيين اجتماعيين من خريجي الخدمة الاجتماعية والإرشاد النفسي الذين تم إعدادهم مهنيا للتعامل مع مشكلات المتقاعدين لتقديم الخدمات الاستشارية لهم والدعم المناسب لهم وإشباع احتياجاتهم النفسية والاجتماعية. 2. منح المتقاعدين امتيازات خاصة في المرافق والخدمات الترفيهية والسياحية والخدمات المساندة في المجتمع وإيجاد التخفيضات المناسبة لتشجيعهم على قضاء وقت الفراغ بطريقة مثمرة وإعطائهم تميزا عن غيرهم من الفئات العمرية. 3. تهيئة الموظفين لمرحلة التقاعد من وقت مبكر من خلال إعداد برامج وخطط سابقة للتقاعد كي يتلقى المتقاعدون عن طريقها المشورة اللازمة للتكيف مع مرحلة الكبر والتقاعد، وعقد ورش عمل عامة للأفراد القريبين من التقاعد لأعدادهم نفسيا واجتماعيا لمرحلة التقاعد. 4. إنشاء جمعيات وروابط لرعاية المتقاعدين ومراكز أبحاث علمية تهتم بأعداد بحوث ودراسات عن كبار السن بشكل والمتقاعدين بشكل خاص. كما اقترح البحث الاتي: 1 . إعداد دراسة مشابهة عن حاجات المتقاعدين العسكريين 2.إجراء دراسة مقاربة بين حاجات المتقاعدين المدنيين والعسكريين 3. إجراء دراسة حول حاجات المتقاعدين وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات مثل الأمن النفسي ومفهوم الذات. | ||
| 520 | |b The objective of the research is to identify the guidance needs of pensioners and the differences in these needs according to the factors: The gender (male-female) and the academic level and financial status of the pensioner. The research is limited to the pensioners in Baghdad/ Karkh for the year 2017. And the research sample was a random sample of pensioners of (100) of males and females, (48) males and (52) females. And a measures of guidance need was used for this purpose that consists on (37) item distributed on (4) fields which are (psychological needs) and (social needs) and (health needs) and (economical needs). The results showed that the members of the sample are suffering from the guidance needs in all its four fields And that the psychological needs are in the first degree and the economic needs are in the second degree and then the health needs and after that the social needs. And didn't show statistical differences regarding the gender and academic level and financial status. The research recommended several recommendations: 1. Establishing departments for the social service and psychological consultancy in the retirement and social insurance dept, and hiring social specialists who graduated from the social service and psychological guidance colleges who are trained professionally to deal with pensioners issues in order to provide the consultancy service and the proper support for them and provide for their psychological and social needs. Granting the pensioners special privileges in the entertainment and tourists facilities and the secondary services in society and granting them the proper discounts to encourage them to spend their free time in a productive way and granting them privileges that distinguished them from the other age categories. Preparing them for the retirement in an early time by preparing programs and plans prior to retirement in order to use them to grant the pensioners the needed consultancy to adapt with the age level and retirement, and starting workshops for the people close to the pensioners to prepare them psychologically and socially for the retirement period. Establishing organizations to take care of the pensioners and scientific research centers that will conduct researches and studies About the elderly in general and the pensioners especially. The research also recommended the following: Making another study about the needs of the retired military men. Making a comparative study between the needs of civilian and military men pensioners. Making a study about the pensioners needs and its relation with some factors such as: psychological security and the self concept. | ||
