| المستخلص: | In this article, we will try to demonstrate the importance of CSR in Algeria by examining the situation of CSR in Algeria, between myths and realities with the proposal of a model for its implementation, through a national corporate social responsibility organization based on ISO 26000 standard adapted to the Algerian context and regulations.\nThe results of the study led to the design of a complete structure operating in the current Algerian environment, with all these organizations, associations and local authorities\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 في هذا المقال، سنحاول إثبات أهمية المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات في المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات في الجزائر،وذلك من خلال دراسة الوضع في الجزائر للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات، بين الأساطير والحقائق مع اقتراح نموذج لتنفيذها، من خلال منظمة لوطنية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات تقوم على معيار ISO 26000 مع التكييف حسب السياق واللوائح الجزائرية.\n أدت نتائج الدراسة إلى تصميم بنية كاملة تعمل في البيئة الجزائرية الحالية، مع جميع هذه المنظمات والجمعيات والسلطات المحلية Nous tenterons par cet article, de prouver l’importance de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises RSE en Algérie, ceci est à travers une étude de la situation en Algérie de la RSE, entre mythes et réalités, toute en proposant un modèle pour sa concrétisation, à travers une organisation nationale RSE qui se base sur la norme ISO 26000 avec une adaptation sur le contexte et la réglementation algérienne. Les résultats de l'étude ont aboutis à la conception d’une structure complète qui travaille dans l’environnement algérien actuel, avec toutes ces organisations, associations et autorités locales. |
