| 520 | |a يرتبط مفهوم الإصلاح السياسي بالديموقراطية ارتباطا وثيقا في الأنظمة الديموقراطية التي تتكيف مع احتياجات الحقل السياسي، الذي يبقى معبرا على مختلف تطورات التشكيلات الاجتماعية الصاعدة، بينما يبقى هذا الإصلاح في دول المحيط منحصرا في هوامش ديموقراطية ظرفية وآلية لإعادة إنتاج نفس النظام السياسي وخلق توازنات لاستمراريته. تأتي هذه الدراسة في سياق محاولة دراسة أسباب ومضمون الإصلاحات السياسية الجديدة التي حدثت في المغرب، في ظل الاحتجاجات والمطالب التي نادت بضرورة العمل على تغيير الواقع السائد، من خلال فتح المجال أمام مشاركة أوسع لمختلف أطياف المجتمع في العملية السياسية وأيضا ضمان حقوق وحريات الأفراد. كما وتعالج هذه الورقة البحثية التحديات التي واجهت عملية الإصلاح السياسي وسبل مواجهتها. | ||
