| المستخلص: | هدف هذا المقال إلى التعرف على العوامل المؤثرة في التحصيل العلمي لدى الطالب الجامعي، وذلك باعتبار أن التحصيل يمثل الركيزة الأساسية التي تسعى الجامعات تحقيقها، إيمانا منها بأهمية الطالب وتكوينه تكوينا معرفيا ومنهجيا، وبالتالي تحقيق الجودة في التحصيل. وتتعدد العوامل المؤثرة في التحصيل العلمي لدى الطالب الجامعي كما تتداخل فيما بينها لإحداث عملية التكوين الأكاديمي ويمكن تحديدها على النحو التالي: الطالب، أداء الأستاذ، الجامعة(البرنامج الدراسي، طرق التدريس، أساليب التقويم، نظام الامتحانات، الإدارة، وغيرها من العوامل). وإن القيام بقراءة حول عوامل التحصيل العلمي لدى الطالب الجامعي بنظرة تحليلية لها أهمية قصوى في معرفة ما يعرقل عملية التكوين العلمي، وعلى دور تلك العوامل في إحداث التكوين المرغوب فيه، وتوجيه القائمين على المنظومة الجامعية نحو تلك العوامل من أجل تحسينها وتيسيرها، وتذليل الصعاب أمام الطالب. The purpose of this article is to know the factorsthat have an effect on the scientific acquisition of the universitystudent. This isconsideredthat the acquisition represents the essential pillarthat the universityaims to achieve, whichbelieves in the importance of the student and train himthrough a training of knowledge and method, and indeedachieve excellence in acquisition. The factorsthat affect the scientific acquisition of universitystudents are numerous and they come together to createacademic training and canbedetermined as follows: the student, the faculty'scapacity, the university ( curriculum - studymethods - assessment styles - examinationsystems - administration and otherfactors. Reading about the factors of scientific acquisition in the universitystudentwith an analytical vision is of maximum importance to know whathinders the scientific training, and on the basis of the role of thesefactors in order to create the desired training, and to orient thosewho are responsible for the niversityorganization to wards the saidfactors to improve and manage them, and to minimize the difficultiesfacing the student. |
