| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى استخدام المعلمات لأساليب تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى الأطفال بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في محافظة دمشق. وتعرف الفروق بين إجابات المعلمات تبعا لمتغيري البحث: (سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي). واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت الباحثة استبانة مكونة من ثلاثة محاور تضم (56) بندا، وجرى اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة من المجتمع الأصلي، الذي يتكون من جميع معلمات الروضة بمدينة دمشق، وقد بلغت العينة (246) معلمة روضة. ومن أبرز نتائج البحث: 1- درجة استخدام معلمات الروضة لأساليب تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي مرتفعة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لإجابات أفراد عينة البحث (3.66). 2- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين إجابات المعلمات على استبانة أساليب تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة. 3- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات إجابات المعلمات على استبانة أساليب تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المعلمات الحاصلات على شهادة دبلوم فأعلى. The research aims to identify the level of use of parameters for the methods of developing creative thinking skills among children in kindergarten institutions in Damascus Governorate. Differences between the responses of the teachers are defined according to the research variables: (years of experience, educational qualification). The researcher used the descriptive descriptive method. The researcher also used a questionnaire consisting of three axes (56) items. The sample was randomly selected from the original community, which consists of all kindergarten teachers in Damascus. The most important results of the research: 1- The degree of use of kindergarten teachers for the methods of developing creative thinking skills is high, with the mean of the answers of the individuals in the research sample (3.66). 2- There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the teachers on the questionnaire of the methods of developing creative thinking skills due to the variable years of experience. 3- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the teachers on the questionnaire of the methods of developing the skills of creative thinking attributed to the educational qualification variable for the benefit of the teachers who have a diploma degree or higher. |
