| المستخلص: | Various scientific approaches tried to define the concept of crime. It is legally a violation of the law, such as misdemeanor and infraction. In criminology, it is considered antisocial behavior that deserves punishment, and pathological psychology believes that people are motivated to commit a crime by insanity. On the contrary, crime is a normal phenomenon in society, according to the sociologist.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 حاولت مختلف المقاربات العلمية تحديد مفهوم الجريمة. فقانونيا هي خرقا للقانون كالجنحة والمخالفة. وفي علم الإجرام تعتبر سلوكا مضاد للمجتمع يستحق العقاب، ويرى علم النفس المرضي أن دافع الأشخاص للقيام بجريمة ما مرده للجنون. وعلى العكس من ذلك الجريمة ظاهرة عادية في المجتمع حسب المختص في علم الاجتماع. Les différentes approches scientifiques essaient de définir le concept de crime. En Droit, le crime est une infraction comme le délit et la contravention. En criminologie, le crime est tout comportement anti social . \nEt en psychopathologie, les personnes acquittées d'un crime pour raison de folie. Au contraire, le crime est un phénomène tout à fait normal dans une société, pour le sociologue. |
