| المستخلص: | Gender studies are one of the recent research approaches that seek to overcome the problems of discrimination that exist between men and women within many fields. That is to understand the interweaving of social and cultural norms, direct and indirect, in respect to regulating relations between individuals and their surroundings. That is because the standing, which each of the two genders enjoys within the development, political and the information society sectors, and then in respect to the modern technologies of media and communications, represents one of the research areas for gender studies. That is where the uses meet and come together to establish the idea of the non-neutrality of technology. It is also considered to be a part of the daily lives of individuals which shapes their practices and reproduces the social position and everyday habits within society.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 تعد دراسات النوع الاجتماعي واحدة من المقاربات البحثية الحديثة التي تعمد إلى تجاوز إشكاليات التمييز الموجودة بين الرجل والمرأة، ضمن عديد المجالات لتنحو في فهم تداخل القواعد الاجتماعية والثقافية المباشرة وغير المباشرة في تنظيم العلاقات بين الأفراد ومحيطهم فالمكانة التي يحظى بها كل منهما ضمن القطاعات التنمية، المجال السياسي، مجتمع المعلومات...، فتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال الحديثة تشكل واحدا من الرهانات البحثية لدراسات النوع، أين يلتقي ومقترب الاستخدامات لتأسيس لفكرة لا حيادية التكنولوجيا. كما أنّها تعد جزء من الحياة اليومية للأفراد التي تشكل ممارساتهم وتعيد إنتاج المكانة الاجتماعية والعادات اليومية داخل المجتمع. Les études sur le genre social sont l'une des nouvelles approches de recherche qui vise à surpasser les problématiques de la discrimination entre homme et femme dans plusieurs domaines, et à comprendre les rôles et les fonctions des règles sociales, culturelles, directes et indirectes dans la structuration des relations entre les individus et leurs entourage, et la place qu'ils occupent dans le champs politique, le secteur du développement, et la société de l'information.\nAinsi, les NTIC représentent l'un des enjeux de recherche dans les études sur le genre social, un enjeux qui se croise avec l'approche des usages dans l'institutionnalisation de l'idée de la non-objectivité de la technologie, ou la technologie non-neutre; tant qu'elle (la technologie) représente une interprétation des processus culturels changeants; Elle est aussi considérée comme une part de la vie des individus qui forme leurs utilisations et qui reproduit leur emplacement social et leurs habitudes quotidiennes dans la société. |
