| المستخلص: | School supervision and guidance is considered to be one of the school educational services designed to help and support the student from the educational, psychological and social standpoint, through the relationship between the mentor (psychologist and pupil). \nThese include a range of services provided to the pupil within the framework of an integrated programme, making him an individual who is able to understand himself and know his or her abilities and potential. And to identify problems and foresight them and their various aspects, developing his positive behavior, building his future projects and working to achieve them.\nThe ultimate aim of the mentoring programmes is to bring the individual or the pupil into their own realization and to know the nature of the services that the psychological guide should provide Or rather the supervision and guidance counselor to get the mentor or pupil to achieve this purpose. Through this presentation, we try to shed light on what school supervision and guidance are, and we try to know its importance and necessity in taking care of students during their course of study and What principles and foundations should be adopted by guidance and mentoring programmes, so that they can, to some extent, perform their functions and achieve the initial objectives of school guidance and supervision.\nWe also try to display some styles and tools as determined by the guidance and supervision experts, whose tasks are to help the pupil reveal his preferences and desires and Design and build his projects in a proper and correct manner, so that the care of teachers through supervision and guidance is comprehensive, for all aspects of their personality, so that they can achieve educational compatibility on the one hand and achieve their goals on the other.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 L’orientation et le counseling scolaire sont des moyens éducatifs qui consistent à prendre en charge l’élève sur le plan scolaire, psychologique et social. \nCette opération, qui vise à amener l’élève à la réalisation de soi, consiste en un ensemble de services qui rentrent dans le cadre d’un programme complet permettant à l’élève de devenir un individu compétent, capable de se comprendre, de connaitre ses capacités, d’adopter des attitudes positives, de tracer son avenir et d’identifier ses lacunes, de les prévoir et de les affronter, Dans le but de connaître la nature des services que doit fournir le conseiller d’orientation scolaires à l’élève, nous aborderons, à travers cet recherche, la définition de l’orientation scolaire, son rôle et son importance dans la prise en charge de l’élève dans son parcours scolaire ainsi que les principes qui régissent cette opération. Nous tenterons également de présenter les moyens et les outils définis par les spécialistes du domaine, moyens permettant à l’élève de Découvrir ses aptitudes et de planifier ses projets de façon correcte et adéquate. إن عملية الإرشاد والتوجيه المدرسي، تعتبر من الخدمات التربوية المدرسية التي تهدف إلى مساعدة التلميذ والتكفل به من الناحية الدراسية، والنفسية والاجتماعية، وذلك عن طريق العلاقة التي تربط بين المرشد (المختص النفسي والتلميذ). \nوهي تشمل مجموعة من الخدمات التي تقدم للتلميذ في إطار برنامج متكامل، تجعل منه فردا متمكنا من فهم ذاته ومعرفة قدراته وإمكانياته، وحصر مشكلات والتبصر بها ومواجهاتها، وتنمية سلوكه الإيجابي، وبناء مشاريعه المستقبلية والعمل على تحقيقها.\nوالهدف الأسمي من البرامج الإرشادية هي الوصول بالفرد أو التلميذ، إلى تحقيق ذاته، ومن اجل معرفة طبيعة الخدمات التي ينبغي أن يقدمها المرشد النفسي، أو بالأحرى مستشار الإرشاد والتوجيه للوصول بالمسترشد أو التلميذ إلى بلوغ هذا الغرض ونحاول من خلال هذا العرض تسليط الضوء على ماهية الإرشاد والتوجيه المدرسي، كما نحاول معرفة أهميته وضرورته، في التكفل بالتلاميذ خلال مسارهم الدراسي، وما هي المبادئ والأسس التي ينبغي اعتمادها من طرف برامج الإرشاد والتوجيه، حتى تتمكن إلى حد ما أداء وظائفها وتحقيق الأهداف الأولية للإرشاد والتوجيه المدرسي.\nكما نحاول عرض بعض الوسائل والأدوات كما يحددها خبراء الإرشاد والتوجيه والتي من مهامها مساعدة التلميذ على الكشف عن ميوله ورغباته، وتصميم وبناء مشاريعه بشكل سليم، وصائب، وحتى يكون التكفل بالمتمدرسين من خلال الإرشاد والتوجيه بشكل شامل، لجميع نواحي شخصيتهم، ليحققوا التوافق التربوي من جهة ويحققوا ذاتهم من جهة أخرى. |
