| المستخلص: | The goal of providing these circumstances the research paper is to highlight the investment, which is economically more precisely great importance to active and strategically in Algeria, and has been reflected in its ongoing quest for attention to infrastructure and economic fundamentals that enable them to access to achieve economic prosperity through the creation of alternative fuels sector which tops the list of Algerian exports on the one hand and on the other hand, attracted many foreign investors and encourage private investors, and the colorful images and forms of investment we are within the scope of our study we have focused investments in real estate Industrial, which in turn has become a key factor and is essential for the establishment of this latest industrial investment projects that require the necessity of providing the state dedicated to the performance of the process and because of the difficulties and legal problems vessels estate laid Algeria several legal texts purposeful so to regulate investment in the field of industrial property. إن الهدف من تقديم هاته الورقة البحثية هو تسليط الضوء على الاستثمار الذي يعد نشاطا اقتصاديا واستراتيجيا توليه الجزائر خاصة أهمية بالغة، وقد تجسد ذلك في سعيها الدائم للاهتمام بالبنية والمقومات الاقتصادية التي تمكنها من الوصول إلى تحقيق الرقي الاقتصادي من خلال إيجاد بديل عن قطاع المحروقات الذي يتصدر قائمة الصادرات الجزائرية من ناحية ومن ناحية أخرى جذب المستثمرين الأجانب وتشجيع المستثمرين الخواص وإن تعددت أشكال الاستثمار فإننا في نطاق دراستنا قمنا بتركيز الاستثمارات في مجال العقار الصناعي الذي أصبح بدوره عامل أساسي لإقامة المشاريع الاستثمارية الصناعية هذه الأخيرة التي تتطلب ضرورة توفير الدولة للأوعية العقارية المخصصة لأداء هذه العملية ونظرا لوجود إشكالات قانونية أرست الجزائر عدة نصوص قانونية هدفها تنظيم الاستثمار في مجال العقار الصناعي. |
