| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث بشكل رئيسي للتعرف على المهارات الإدارية لدى الإدارة العليا التي يجب أن تتوافر لتحقيق التعامل الفعال مع رأس المال الفكري والقيادة التحويلية في بيئة الأداة الإداري المصري لشركات الدواء المصرية وكان مجتمع البحث 70 شركة أدوية كحصر شامل، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وفي ضوء فروض البحث توصلت الباحثة إلى نتائج أهمها ثبت عدم صحة الفرض عدا "الاعتبار الفردي" (حسب الملكية)، ثبت عدم صحة الفرض عدا "رأس المال البشري، ورأس المال الهيكلي، الحافز الإلهامي، والاستثارة الفكرية" (حسب الوظيفة)، ثبت عدم صحة الفرض لكافة عناصره (حسب الخبرة). This research aimed mainly to identify the administrative skills of the senior management dat should be provided to deal effectively wif the intellectual capital and the transformational leadership in the Egyptian administrative performance environment in the Egyptian drug companies. The research community included 70 Egyptian pharmaceutical companies comprehensively. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. On the light of the study's hypotheses, the most important findings revealed the invalidity of the hypothesis except " the Individualized consideration " (According to the ownership), it also proved the invalidity of the assumption except what is relevant to(the human capital, the structural capital, Inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation (According to the job), the research concluded the invalidity of the hypothesis for all of its variables (According to the experience). |
